Chelsea have identified their top replacement for Diego Costa.

Chelsea and Costa are expected to part ways at the end of the season and manager Antonio Conte has already identified the striker's replacement.

TMW says Conte plans to return to Italy and Torino for their young star Andrea Belotti.

The Italy international has already attracted an enquiry from Chelsea and talks will soon commence over a summer deal.

Belotti's current contract carries a €100 million buyout clause.
