Chelsea boss Antonio Conte insists they're at a disadvantage due to the multiple London derbies they face over a season.
Chelsea meet West Ham today.
Conte said, "A derby is always a special game and if you are a team in London, you must be prepared to play a lot of special games and for sure it is not simple, it is a different type of games.
"In Italy, if you are in Turin, there is only one derby. If you are in Milan, there is only one derby, in Rome there is only one derby. Here you must be ready to face many teams and for our fans, this is a special game. In this league every game is very tough but to play during a season eight to 10 derbies is not simple. It is one more difficulty."
