Chelsea boss Antonio Conte says he can spend Oscar's transfer fee.

The January transfer window opens on Sunday and Conte said he has money to spend from the £52million sale of Oscar to Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG.

"For sure, we sold Oscar and we have money to spend," Conte said. "But it's important to spend money in the right way.

"To spend for spending's sake... I don't like this."
