Chelsea attacker Raheem Sterling says this season has been a low point in his career.
Sterling joined Chelsea last summer from Manchester City and has been part of a team which currently sits in 12th place.
He told Sky Sports: "Personally, I think it is a low point in my career. It sounds a bit strange, but it's also a good learning curve.
"It's all easy when you just win, win and win, but sometimes you get a challenge thrown into your head, and I'm looking forward to that.
"It's about lifting your head and not trying to hide from it, because it will make you stronger as an individual and as a group."
