Chelsea attacker Pedro has been offered to Valencia.

Sport says the Spain international was heavily linked with a move to Roma but a huge fallout at boardroom level at the Stadio Olimpico means Pedro has also been offered to Valencia and a return to his homeland.

The budget available to Valencia manager Albert Celades will be determined by the club's final league position at the end of this season.

Qualifying for European competition would provide a financial boost and they are currently seventh in the table - four points off Champions League football.

Pedro has been at Chelsea for nearly five years, having joined in 2015 from Barcelona.
