Chelsea have made a move for AC Milan prospect Bryan Cristante.
The 16-year-old midfielder made his Champions League debut against Viktoria Plzen this season and already impressed overseas.
TMW says FIFA agent Giuseppe Riso visited the Rossoneri headquarters today in order to negotiate on Chelsea's behalf for Cristante.
