Chelsea and St Etienne have agreed terms over a fee for Kurt Zouma.RMC reports this morning that Chelsea have had a €15 million offer for the France international accepted by St Etienne.
Zouma has also agreed to move to London, but any transfer is not expected to happen until the end of the season.
Le Progres says that the Londoners have reached an agreement with Zouma over a contract for five-and-a-half years, which suggests there is room for the Frenchman to immediately move to Stamford Bridge before tomorrow night's deadline.
