Chelsea have struck personal terms with Juventus defender Daniele Rugani.
Sportitalia says Chelsea have agreed a deal in principle with Juventus defender Rugani.
The contract is said to be worth around £3.1m (€3.5m) per season but the move is reportedly on hold until Maurizio Sarri is confirmed as Antonio Conte's replacement in the dugout.
Sarri, sacked by Napoli, worked with Rugani at Empoli before the youngster was sold to Juve.
The Italian is waiting for Chelsea to remove Conte before taking charge.
