Chelsea are adamant Andreas Christensen is not for sale.

The Sunday Mirror says Chelsea want Christensen to return and will reject Borussia Monchengladbach's £13million summer bid.

The German side plan on launching a club-record offer to keep the Danish defender on a permanent basis.

Despite John Terry winding down his Blues career, Christensen, 20, has a battle on his hands to force his way into the side.

And Christensen's father Sten said: “It's important for Andreas that he plays. He will not return to Chelsea and sit on the bench."
