Chelsea ace Willian has paid tribute to departing teammate Oscar.

The Brazilian is set to join Shanghai SIPG after being left on the bench for the majority of the season by Blues boss Antonio Conte.

Willian told the club's website: “Oscar is a very good friend and I'm very sad to see him leave, but he's happy so I'm happy.

“He's going to play in China so I just want to wish him the best of luck.

“We will keep in touch, it doesn't matter if he's in China and I'm here.

“When I first arrived he helped me a lot, no doubt about that, so I want to say thank you to him for everything he did for me."
