Chelsea star Frank Lampard cannot split manager Carlo Ancelotti and former coach Jose Mourinho.
Lampard remains close to Real Madrid boss Mourinho.
He told The Sun "There's not a clear answer to that because they are both fantastic managers in their own right. Mourinho had an amazing passion about him, there was an intensity every day which created a team spirit and a very close group.
"And he was always fighting everyone on the outside. He took my career and my football personality to a different level and I will always be grateful.
"Ancelotti has now come in and finally put the club back on that level but done it in a completely different way. There's a calmness about him, nothing seems to faze him. He has a real laid-back approach which makes him so easy to get on with.
"We've really rallied as a team to his style and responded to his lovely way of giving off a balancing feeling - never too up or down in the dressing room - and that spreads throughout the whole group. He's a real gentleman as well."
