Chelsea ace Eden Hazard admits Dutch legend Patrick Kluivert has been an inspiration during his career.

Hazard played with the former Barcelona and Ajax striker at Lille.

"I remember the first time I spoke to Patrick Kluivert and shook his hand. I played with him at Lille. He said I was young, had many qualities, but had to work. It was about hard work," recalled Hazard.

"'You have to work hard every day if you want to be one of the best'.

"I remember very well."

Hazard also spoke about turning pro with Lille.

"I was very happy. My mother and father were there when I signed. I was just fifteen years old and was training with the first team."
