New Bradford boss Phil Parkinson has enquired of his old club about the availability of Charlton striker Paul Benson. "Benno [Paul Benson] is a player who is available and someone that we have enquired about in the last 24 hours," Parkinson told the Bantams' official website.
"Equally though, he is not the only one that we have been speaking to.
"I've been speaking to numerous people in the last 24 hours as time is against us.
"If we can't get any more permanent signings in to add to the Kyle Reid one then the loan window opens again seven days after Wednesday and we may have to use that market.
"Either way, I am determined to add to this squad."
