Jon Obika wants a future at parent club Tottenham.

Obika hit the winner for Charlton Athletic against Leeds United on the weekend.

"Getting in Tottenham's team has been my aim since I signed," he said. "When young players step up, it gives the rest of us confidence to do that - next season is my aim."

Obika was quick to point out how happy he is at The Valley under Chris Powell.

"I've enjoyed it here at Charlton because the manager and the players have made it so easy for me," he said.
