Charlton Athletic fans are still waiting to receive their season tickets with only a day to go before the start of the club's Championship campaign.
The Addicks open the new season with a clash against QPR at The Valley on Saturday but it has emerged that a number of fans have still not received their season ticket ahead of the fixture.
Charlton have now moved on to release a statement regarding the fiasco and have apologised for the inconvenience to the fans.
"The club would like to provide an update for season-ticket holders, following some concerns raised about delivery," the statement read.
"The ticket office processed the final applications last week, with all season tickets being sent out via Royal Mail post on Friday. All season ticket holders should have received their season tickets by today's post and the club would like to apologise to any fans that have yet to get theirs."
