Wolves have been confirmed as Championship title winners after a 4-0 victory at Bolton Wanderers.
Barry Douglas, Benik Afobe and Diogo Jota scored for Wolves before Conor Coady added his first goal of the campaign from the penalty spot.
On the same day, Sunderland were condemned to relegation to League One.
Wolves boss Nuno, watching on the sidelines, was delighted post-match with the achievement over the course of the campaign.
“I'm very proud, first because we never had doubts," he said. “I had belief when I found myself in a group of men who wanted to improve. They all believed we had to do good work.
“I'm proud of the way they've played today. First-half we were organised, disciplined and didn't concede. Second-half they were fantastic. The effort from the boys was fantastic."
