Cesena are wrapping up the signing of free agent Hugo Almeida.
Sky Sport Italia says Cesena agreed terms with his representatives and the deal will be finalised on Monday.
The 30-year-old Portugal international was a free agent after the end of his contract with Besiktas, having previously played for Porto and Werder Bremen.
