Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas has given his opinion on former teammate Benoit Badiashile joining Chelsea.

The young French defender has completed a £35 million move to the Stamford Bridge club.

Fabregas, who won the Premier League with Chelsea during a glittering career, has a lot of praise for the 21-year-old Badiashile, as they played together at Monaco.

“What a signing," Fabregas wrote on Twitter as the move was made official.

“Good luck my friend."

Chelsea will be hoping they can improve their Premier League position with more winter signings this month.
