The Brazilian goalkeeper is on the verge of leaving relegated QPR to join AS Roma according to reports in Italy.
Cesar left Inter Milan last summer to sign with the R's but following their demotion to the Championship, is keen to get back to the top level of Italian football, despite reported interest from Arsenal.
