Scottish champions Celtic are lining up a move for out of favor Newcastle winger Ryan Fraser.

The Hoops are serious about bringing the former Bournemouth winger up north this summer.

Per The Northern Echo, Newcastle would not demand much of a transfer fee for Fraser.

The club accepts he is not in the plans of manager Eddie Howe, as the two fell out last season.

While they were also player and coach at Bournemouth, Fraser has a complicated relationship with Howe.

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers knows about Fraser from his time in the Premier League with Leicester City and wants to sign him.
