Celtic boss Neil Lennon is believed to be showing considerable interest in Manchester City defender Dedryck Boyata.
The Belgian right-back recently returned to the Etihad Stadium after a failed loan with Dutch club FC Twente and it is believed the Hoops could make another move for his services.
Boyata was linked with Celtic last summer prior to his shift to Twente and could land a short-term deal with the Scottish champions according to reports.
However, Lennon will have to compete with some Championship outfits who are also showing interest in Boyata who spent time on loan with Bolton last season.
