Celtic midfielder Shunsuke Nakamura will play his last match in the famous green and white hoops this weekend.

The Japanese star will finalise a deal to return to the J-League with Yokohama F. Marinos after he attempts to win a fourth-successive title with Celtic this Sunday.

A spokesman for the Yokohama club said they would love to sort out Nakamura deal as soon as possible.

"We have made an offer to Nakamura to sign him," said the spokesman.

"We would like to begin negotiations as soon as possible so that we can bring good news to his fans in Japan."

The Hoops need to defeat Heart of Midlothian at Celtic Park and hope Rangers lose to or draw with Dundee United away to clinch another title, which would be the perfect send off for Nakamura.
