Tom Rogic is expected to be fit for Melbourne Victory's A-League final campaign.
The 21-year old midfielder, who is on loan from Scottish champions Celtic, sustained a groin injury in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Newcastle Jets which the Victory feared would keep him out for the rest of the season.
However, reports state that Rogic is recovering well from the adductor problem and although he will miss this weekend's trip to Wellington Phoenix, he will be fit for the first week of finals.
Fifth-placed Victory will next weekend meet the side who finishes fourth on the table in the elimination final, which at this point is Adelaide United, who meet seventh-placed Newcastle Jets on Friday night.
