Celtic's Mikael Lustig has started his road to recovery following a double hip procedure in December.
The Sweden international had bone shaved off both of his hips to cure an ongoing problem and has now returned to training in a bid to gain full fitness before the end of the season so he can help the Hoops to a third straight title.
"I'm fine. The doctor was very happy with how the operation went and I feel good about things," he told the Daily Record.
"They shaved off some of the bone on my hips, both sides, to ease my pain.
"Hopefully when I come back I can be 100 per cent.
"I don't really know a timescale just now as it's only been three weeks since the operation.
"For two weeks I have done nothing, only exercises for my hip. Now I have started back on an easy bike and doing some strength work.
"Maybe I can be back jogging by the middle of February.
"With this kind of recovery you need to look at things on a weekly basis and see how things are.
"There's no big rush and, of course, while I want to be back as soon as possible, I don't want to push things and have a setback.
"I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the end of March."
