Celtic are closing in on the signing of West Ham United striker Albian Ajeti.

The Scottish giants are hoping to conclude a loan deal to bring the attacker to the club.

Sky Sports News reports the deal was agreed on Monday, and the agreement includes a clause that would allow for a permanent transfer of £5million.

The Bhoys are hoping to add to their attacking fire power as they look to fend off another title challenge from close rivals Rangers.

Celtic are also pushing for a move for Vasilis Barkas from AEK Athens.

The Greek goalkeeper signing would likely mean no deal for Fraser Forster, who was on loan at Celtic this season.
