Celtic are launching a £2.5 million bid for Portsmouth midfielder Sean Davis.
Davis is available from Harry Redknapp's club and the South Coast outfit are prepared to let him go to Glasgow if personal terms can be agreed between the star, 28, and the Parkhead club.
