Celtic and Rangers heading Down Under for four-team tournament

Celtic and Rangers are heading to Australia for a four-team tournament.

The Old Firm rivals, who are battling for the Scottish Premiership this season, will play in Sydney in November.

The tournament - which will also include Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers - is taking place during the five-week break before the 2022 World Cup in December.

The game is a sort of homecoming for Celtic's boss, Ange Postecoglou.

According to the Daily Mail, there is some backlash, as this would be the first time the two sides have met overseas.

The game is likely to take place at the Accor Stadium in Sydney in front of 83,000 people.
