Celta Vigo coach Eduardo Coudet says they need to make eight new signings before the market shuts.

Coudet is confident management will complete his squad in time.

He said, "For now we cannot set ourselves goals until we see how the market ends. Six or eight more additions are going to have to arrive. The club's predisposition is to put together a great squad, a great team."

Coudet acknowledged that he "would love" to have the "closed" squad to take advantage of the tour of Mexico and the United States to adapt the new arrivals, but it has not been possible because, in his opinion, "the market has not accompanied us".

"I think we are going to arm ourselves very well. The club is trying to make a leap in quality, we are going to see what the market allows us," Coudet added.
