Brescia have officially sacked Fabio Grosso after three straight defeats - recalling predecessor Eugenio Corini less than a month after his dismissal.
President Massimo Cellino was criticised for the original decision to fire Corini on November 3. Fans staged a protest after Saturday's 3-0 home defeat to derby rivals Atalanta.
Brescia have now lost six Serie A matches in a row, managing one point from the last nine rounds.
Grosso had only three games in charge of the Rondinelle, losing all three without scoring a single goal, but conceding 10.
