Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says the prospect of being the only English team left in the Champions League after the first knockout stage has given the players extra motivation.
The Blues are away to Napoli in the Round of 16 first leg tomorrow night and with Arsenal unlikely to qualify for the quarter-finals after losing their first leg 4-0 to AC Milan on Wednesday night, Cech can see the West Londoners left to fly the flag for the Premier League.
"To the contrary, we are in a spell of time in which we have been struggling and that makes this match even more difficult.
"But we have a very experienced team and we will enter the match knowing we can turn things around.
"Moreover, we are basically the last English team that can go through in the Champions League and that should give us some extra motivation.
"Arsenal will have it hard to overturn the result from Milan.""Napoli have been doing well, scoring goals," he told the club's official website. "Most recently they beat Fiorentina 3-0 away from home. They are in good spirits and confident.
