Edinson Cavani is happy with his new contract at Napoli.
The striker could stay until 2017 unless a club meets his 60million buy-out clause.
"Napoli are a leading club and they made an important effort to get the deal," agent Pierpaolo Triulzi told Radio Crc.
"For Cavani's and our part there has always been the desire to continue along this path with Napoli and we'll do it for another five years.
"We found an agreement that makes us happy, the player and Napoli."
