Catania chief Pietro Lo Monaco has confirmed plans to sell striker Jorge Martinez.

The exciting Uruguay international has been linked with Manchester City and Chelsea this season.

Lo Monaco revealed: "Catania will only sell Jorge Martinez: all the other players will stay unless sensational offers arrive because the club has worked hard to build a team of value and has no intention of dismantling it."
