Catania sports chief Pietro Lo Monaco says Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari deserved his red card on Saturday.
Muntari was dismissed for an elbow on Giacomo Tedesco, but the Nerazzurri players claimed there was no contact.
"Everyone knows Muntari and he's not new to this kind of gesture," Lo Monaco said. "He totally deserved his dismissal."
