Manchester City are willing to pay Real Madrid a staggering £110 MILLION for goalkeeper Iker Casillas. Spain's SER says the offer is in writing and currently being held by Casillas' new agent, Luis Garcia Abad.
Initially, City made contact with Garcia Abad to table an offer of £90 million, with Casillas receiving a proposed £9 million-a-year. But the Spain No1 rejected the approach out of hand.
That didn't deter City, however, and ten days later they returned with an improved offer of £110 million - the goalkeeper's buyout clause - plus personal terms worth £9.5 million-a-year for Casillas to consider.
The offer has been made in writing, but Garcia Abad is yet to pass it onto Real as Casillas again has indicated he's not interested in a move to Eastlands.
