West Ham United striker Andy Carroll is continuing his rehab.

Having picked up a heel injury in May, the Hammers are hopeful their new £15million frontman will be ready to return to action at the start of September.

And Carroll has taken to social networking site Twitter to give fans an update on how he's getting on:
