Carroll in line to kickoff preseason with first Liverpool game

Andy Carroll is in line to play Liverpool's first game of their preseason tour.

Reds boss Kenny Dalglish has reported that Carroll, Daniel Agger and Martin Kelly - each of whom ended last season injured - are in contention to play in the friendly against Guangdong Sunray Cave on Wednesday.

"The three of them are absolutely fine," Dalglish said. "They've played a full part in training and are fully recovered from the injuries.

"Training has been great this week and everyone is looking forward to the trip."
