David Carney has completed his move to Dutch club FC Twente. The 25-year old has departed Sheffield United for a brand new opportunity in Holland, signing a two-year deal.
The Australian international endured a tough time with the Blades, being frozen out of the first team and eventually being sent on loan to Norwich City.
He will link up with fellow Aussie Nikita Rukavytsya at Twente, who are managed by former England and Middlesbrough boss Steve McLaren.
