Carlisle United are chasing Newcastle United striker Adam Campbell.
The Sunday Sun says Carlisle are set to bid for Geordie striker Campbell this week.
Sources in Cumbria have indicated that the League One outfit want to add a striker to their books after making a goal-shy start to the season in the third tier.
Scottish Premiership side St Mirren are also interested in Campbell, but the Brunton Park outfit could well be his next port of call.
