Former Bournemouth coach Carl Fletcher has been sacked by Leyton Orient as manager.
The 39-year-old lasted just 29 days in charge before being let go by the club on Thursday, with Orient sitting 16th in the fourth tier.
He signed until 2021 on October 16 and was Orient's first permanent manager since the tragic death of Justin Edinburgh, who led them back to the Football League before suffering a heart attack in June.
The Daily Mail says sources insisted that while the Orient players were not against the idea of a new manager coming in, Fletcher struggled to fully win them over.
Fletcher left Bournemouth as loan manager to take charge of Orient.
