Cardiff City fullback Andrew Taylor feels Tottenham are stronger for the sale of Gareth Bale.

Cardiff face Tottenham this weekend.

"For me," said Taylor, "Spurs are a better squad without Bale.

"They have spent money, spent it well and have brought quality. Bale, of course, is a phenomenal talent, one of the in-form players around the world.

"But if he had an off-day or had an injury then Spurs would be massively weaker as a team.

"Today, though, if anybody isn't quite at their best they can make changes and pick more world-class players.

"They have massive strength in depth and there is no doubt it will be another huge test for us."
