England boss Fabio Capello is excited by what he is seeing in the Premiership.
The England boss reckons these skills and fans' "unique" love for the national team can help Wayne Rooney and Co dominate world football.
Capello said: "I've been struck by the absolutely unique relationship the fans have with England.
"Everybody is desperate for England to succeed.
"I really liked the interesting things Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp said - that players need to play fewer long balls and learn better skills from the academy upwards.
"My goal now is to live the same joy as Marcello Lippi did for Italy by winning the World Cup for England."
