Cambiasso hails influence of Inter Milan free-scoring strikers

Inter Milan midfielder Esteban Cambiasso has heaped praise on their strikers.

Goran Pandev and Diego Milito were on the score sheet as the Nerazzurri preserved their eight-point lead at the top of Serie A with victory over Cagliari.

Cambiasso said: “My compliments go to the strikers. They were really good against Cagliari.

“The team has done well and gave a strong signal right from the start of the game, a signal of strong concentration that put the opponents in difficulty.

“Now we are going to Parma with the desire of getting three points to make the gap at the top even bigger.”
