Former Manchester City fullback Danny Mills says England should ask Chelsea captain John Terry to come out of retirement. Mills, who is on the FA's newly-assembled commission, calling for Terry to be handed a recall ahead of Brazil 2014. He said that coach Roy Hodgson should "get on the phone to John Terry".
But Hodgson said: "If you look at what we've done in the qualifiers, Gary Cahill and Phil Jagielka played, and Chris Smalling did well. We knew Germany would be a major problem for us, given the big guys in their team, and we weren't at our tallest."
