Gary Cahill's shift from Bolton Wanderers to Chelsea has now been completed.
The 26-year old England international has passed a medical and signed a contract with the Blues after months of speculation surrounding the potential deal.
Cahill has moved to Stamford Bridge for a reported fee of £7million and is looking forward to the next phase of his career in Southwest London.
