Cagliari president Tommaso Giulini accepts they face losing Nicolo Barella.

The Italy midfielder is a target for Chelsea, Arsenal and Juventus ahead of the summer market.

And Giulini admits they're likely to lose the youngster.

"It would be marvellous to keep him with us and grow together, but I don't know how realistic that is as things stand," said the president.
