Tottenham face missing out on PSG fullback Thomas Meunier.

RTBF says it looks like Borussia Dortmund have won the race to sign Meunier on a free transfer.

Tottenham, restricted financially, were relying on cheap deals to bolster their squad this summer and Jose Mourinho has highlighted the full-back as a target.

However, it's claimed Dortmund will get the free signing - but not until August once Paris Saint-Germain's Champions League fate is clear.

Meunier, off contract at the end of this month, will have to sign new terms to be available for the Champions League.
