Borussia Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel has told Julian Weigl he's not ready to move to Real Madrid.

It's emerged Real have secured first option for Weigl.

But Tuchel insists it's too soon for the midfielder to consider such a move.

"Julian is not yet ready to play at Real," said Tuchel.

"He still has a lot to learn. It is only his second season with us and his first participation in the Champions League. He needs matches in this competition to continue to develop."
