Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc insists Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang joining Arsenal is not a done deal.
Arsenal and Dortmund remain in talks over a deal for Aubameyang but the Gunners are yet to submit a formal offer for the 28-year-old, who was left out of the matchday squad for Friday's game against Hertha Berlin.
In Aubameyang's absence Dortmund laboured to a 1-1, Shinji Kagawa rescuing a point after Davie Selke had given Hertha a second-half lead, and speaking before the game Zorc insisted that the Gabon striker's absence did not have to be a permanent one.
“We're still planning on Aubameyang and we made a sporting decision today, but he cannot help us today," he told Eurosport.
"There is nothing real on the table, there is a lot of air.
“It's not too late to be able to solve the situation."
Dortmund coach Peter Stoger added: “The whole week he was ok in training, only in the final session was he thinking about somewhere else."
