Burnley record signing Steven Fletcher has laughed off rumours last year that Real Madrid wanted to sign him.

He said: "I didn't see myself as a galactico and I can't see myself playing with Kaka and all those! There was talk about Real but Burnley is definitely the right move for me. I think I'd be sitting with the U14s over there!

"This is a great move for me and I'm looking forward to the challenge."
