Andy Cole could be set to make his exit from Sunderland, after he was linked with a move to Burnley, claims 1sunderland.com.

Cole has struggled to establish himself in the first team since signing as a free agent earlier this season.

Burnley boss Owen Coyle is looking for a new striker after the Clarets sold Andy Gray - formerly of Sunderland - to Charlton, and it's reported that the 36 year old could move to Turf Moor for the remainder of the season.
